Saskatchewan Provincial Parks are looking forward to celebrating Canada's 150th anniversary this year! There will be lots of great events and activities in our parks to celebrate, including Canada Day festivities. Check the events calendar for more information.
Saskatchewan's provincial parks are proud to offer two days of free entry this summer. Entry to all provincial parks will be free on Canada Day, July 1 and Canada's Parks Day, July 15.
While you're visiting the park, stop by the park office for details on the 150 Geocaching program. Most park locations will have a few special geocaches to celebrate the anniversary, and some of them may even have a treasure inside!
Watch this summer for a chance to "Picture Yourself" in a Saskatchewan Provincial Park. Our parks will have an oversized picture frame in a scenic location. Find it, snap a photo with the frame, and share it with us on Facebook or Instagram using the hashtags #saskparks and #Canada150. We'll share our favourites!
