The Ituna Museum holds a substantial collection of memorabilia associated with the history of the Ituna community. Many artifacts from settlers of the European(Ukrainian), English, Irish, Indian, Metis and Scottish cultures are on display. Large display of historical military information.

Regional Park has nine hole, picturesque sand green golf course, junior Olympic size swimming pool, camping and bike trails. Visit the Theatre, Ituna Millennium Park, File Hills Post Office/Thomson Farm, the Jewish Cemetery, Tullymet Yard, James Wilson Martin Homestead, St. Delphine’s Métis Cemetery, 1928 Steam Engine on Main Street and many old schools and churches around the community.
