Batoche National Historic Site, 15km E of Rosthern on Hwy 312, then 11km N on Hwy 225. Along the South Saskatchewan River.

A fall festival of Metis artists and artisans designed to tempt your taste buds and quench your thirst for entertainment. Event takes place Sep 5 and 6, Set 12 and 13, and Sep 19 and 20. There will be culinary samplings and demonstrations, a quilt display, herbs and medicine plant walks and more! Jigging Workshops Sep 5, 12 and 19 at 7pm. To register call 306.423.5687 before Sep 3.
