Douglas Provincial Park features 27km of interpretive hiking trails, as well as excellent trails for cyclists, mountain bikers, walkers, birdwatchers and cross-country skiers.

Some of the park's hiking trails include the Sunset Nature Trail (1.5km), the Cacti Hiking Trail (6km), the Juniper Nature Trail (2.5km), and the Trans Canada Trail.
