Poundmaker Cree Nation. 14km S of Yellowhead Hwy 16 at Paynton.

Historical displays and artifacts interpreting the history of Poundmaker Cree Nation. Highlights include: 1840 battle between the Sarcee and the Cree; 1885 battle between the Canadian troops under Colonel Otter and the Indians under Chief Poundmaker; and Chief Poundmaker's grave which is located at the top of the Cut Knife Hill Site overlooking the Battle River Valley.
