Corner Gas

Corner Gas film set is now a souvenir store

Corner Gas, is back in the spotlight! Although this award-winning Canadian television sitcom series filmed entirely in Saskatchewan and created by Saskatchewan native and comedian Brent Butt wrapped its final season in 2008 (the last show aired in 2009), the spirit of the show still lives on.

The series brought international recognition and fame to the small town of Rouleau, Saskatchewan aka "Dog River", located just off highway #39, about 65km south west of Regina. The gas station and adjoining coffee shop, The Ruby, have been refurbished into the Corner Gas Souvenir Store, and it looks very much like the original set.

Visitors now have the opportunity to tour throughout the Corner Gas buildings. Inside the station you will find numerous original props and Corner Gas merchandise.

While at the station be sure to pick up a map and tour around town, take your picture as one of the characters on Main Street behind a mural, or mail yourself a Dog River postcard from the local Post Office.
