Tour the Corner Gas Film Set & Visit the Souvenir Store

Corner Gas is back in the spotlight - shooting for Corner Gas: The Movie is on right now and you can tour the set!  Tours are available Friday and Saturday’s until September 1, to book click here. Here’s a sneak peek of what you can expect:

Although this award-winning Canadian television sitcom series, filmed entirely in Saskatchewan and created by Saskatchewan native and comedian Brent Butt, has ended the spirit of the show still lives on.

The series brought international recognition and fame to the small town of Rouleau, Saskatchewan aka "Dog River", located just off highway #39, about 65km south west of Regina. The gas station and adjoining coffee shop, The Ruby, have been refurbished into the Corner Gas Souvenir Store. Please Note: The Corner Gas Souvenir Store has relocated to Main Street in Rouleau while shooting for Corner Gas: The Movie takes place.

Visit the souvenir store to pick up a map and tour around town; take your picture as one of the characters on Main Street behind a mural or mail yourself a Dog River postcard from the local Post Office.

One of our travel bloggers had the opportunity to take part in the set tour and to visit the Corner Gas Souvenir Store. Click here, to view photos from her visit.
