2. Candle Lake, Candle Lake Provincial Park
The tree-lined main beach at Candle Lake is gorgeous. Like so many great lakes, the water is clear and inviting. Enjoy the gradual drop off as your feet slide along the smooth sandy bottom. Candle Lake also has something unexpected along its shoreline – a purple sand beach!

3. Kimball Lake, Meadow Lake Provincial Park
At Meadow Lake Provincial Park, you will find a string of sparkling lakes refreshed by the winding Waterhen River. Kimball Lake, one of the more than 20 lakes found within the park, is home to the main beach. Amenities include a playground, washrooms, picnic tables, barbeques and more. To top off your day, relax in a tranquil spot and watch the sun go down.

4. Katepwa Beach, Katepwa Point Provincial Park
A mere 45 minutes northeast of Regina lies the picturesque Qu’Appelle Valley. Over 14,000 years ago, glaciation carved out the beautiful rolling hills that we see today. Katepwa Beach is the perfect place to play, relax or just enjoy the lovely view of the valley.

5. Palliser Regional Park, Lake Diefenbaker

With approximately 800 km of shoreline, man-made Lake Diefenbaker is the largest body of water in southwest Saskatchewan. One of the finest beaches in the area is nestled into the shore at Palliser Regional Park. This long beach stretches as far as the eye can see. So, come early and choose where you are going to pit in for the day.
