    Moose Jaw’s Wakamow Valley, a conservation urban park, features more than 14 km of trails for walking, cycling, jogging and in-line skating. The valley is also home to the beautiful Moose Jaw River, where visitors can enjoy a relaxing canoe or kayak trip, as well as more than 190 bird species, making it an ideal destination for birdwatching.

    Trail users will appreciate the vast amount of amenities located within the valley. Park areas include Plaxton's Lake - picnic and canoe; Devonian - 4-km walking and cycling trail; Kiwanis, Rotary, Wellesley, Lions and Connor Parks - picnic and skating areas; Ecological Zone - nature study trails; McCaig Natural Gardens.
