Optimist ChorFest Saskatchewan is a provincial choral festival for all ages and genres of group singing. The festival is non-competitive, focusing on choral growth and development. Choirs from across the province will perform and workshop their own music with some of Canada's most accomplished choral, vocal jazz and barbershop harmony clinicians.

In 2014, choirs had the opportunity to work with celebrated and sought after choral clinicians, Dr. Elroy Friesen, Dr. Mark Sirett, and Jordan Travis. Additionally, choirs also learned from and sang with Vancouver's musica intima, at a workshop and concert held in conjunction with the festival.

The Treble Youth Choir Project is a special youth component that is another integral part of the festival. This event will allow children's choirs to work and perform with each other at a public concert as well as additional concert venues in Regina and surrounding communities. Public noon hour concerts that showcase Saskatchewan's choral talent will also take place during the festival.
