Travel by road or air to Besnard Lake Lodge, one of the finest fishing lodges in northern Saskatchewan. Besnard Lake is known as the "Lake of Many Islands" with more than 250. There are 188 miles of shoreline, excluding island shores. This area is known for its great northern pike and walleye (pickerel) fishing.

Its cabins are fully modern, overlooking the lake and are equipped with bathrooms, propane stoves, fridges, cooking utensils and bedding. A shower house is nearby. The store is well-stocked with fishing tackle, groceries, and souvenirs. Car and boat gas is also available.

Fishing licence must be purchased online and printed before coming to the lodge.

Package Includes

  • Cabin accommodations (light housekeeping).
  • 16-ft. Lund boats with 25 h.p. Mercury motors.


Cost is per person with a minimum charge of $275 per day.
Three people using two boats is $380 per day.
Night lodging only - $47.50 per adult, minimum charge $150.
Shore lunch, Boat gas, filleting, guides and taxes are extra.
