- just hanging around

New this season, visitors can now experience hammock camping at Buffalo Pound Provincial Park! Enjoy this unique way to spend the night in the outdoors and truly connect with nature. The weaver structure accommodates up to six hammocks, so grab a couple of friends and spend some time “hanging” in the park this summer!

Weaver - Hammock CampingDetails:

  • Hammocks can be rented by the night - both regular and zip-in hammocks are available. A zip-in hammock is a great option to keep the bugs out!
  • Visitors may opt to bring their own hammocks.
  • Hammock camping is offered at Buffalo Pound Provincial Park exclusively for this season.
