Ayden Kitchen & Bar

The Hollows

Two young chefs dedicated to serving food with the best local ingredients – cultivated plants grown from heirloom seeds, wild-harvested leaves and mushrooms, flowers, sap and roots, local fish — along with sustainably raised meat, poultry and eggs from small farmers.

Odd Couple 

Located in the Riversdale area of Saskatoon, Odd Couple creates authentic Asian food served with great beer and wine.

Focused on creating nourishing food, Nosh is mainly vegetarian, with a few dishes incorporating locally sourced meat and fish.
