Lampman, founded in 1910 and named after the poet Archibald Lampman, offers a range of recreational activities. Residents and visitors can enjoy seasonal sports like swimming, curling, hockey, and more. The village's swimming pool, open from mid-June to early September, features a toddler pool, diving board, and various swimming programs. Lampman's campground, open year-round, provides fully serviced sites and modern washroom facilities. Annually, the first weekend of June marks Lampman Sports Weekend, with events including a slow-pitch tournament, bouncy castles, and a street dance featuring live music.
