Lestock, incorporated as a village in 1912, is now considered a special services area within the Rural Municipality of Kelross No 247. The community, situated along Hwy 15, serves an agricultural community of grain and cattle farms. For tourists travelling in east central Saskatchewan, grocery and fuel services are available.
