Alvena

The agricultural-based village of Alvena is located northeast of Saskatoon on Hwy 41. Known as the Fish Creek Colony, the community was settled in the late 1890s by one of the early mass settlements of Ukrainian immigrants. Offering a small core of businesses, Alvena is within driving distance of Saskatoon and its many services and recreational facilities.
