Spiritwood

Spiritwood. Open spaces, northern lights rippling across the star-filled skies. Fresh air and wheat fields against the prairie horizon. An agricultural centre, Spiritwood is situated in the north central Parkland district - an area of relatively good soils. Grain production is the chief industry followed closely by the livestock.

The community offers accommodation, education, medical, retail, government services and is also home to the Collaborative Emergency Centre (CEC). Its close proximity to an abundance of lakes and parks enhances the quality of life - the camping, boating, fishing, golfing, hunting, snowmobiling and hiking opportunities are second-to-none.
