Canora

Canora is situated in "The Heart of Good Spirit Country" where visitors can enjoy some of the best fishing and hunting in the province, as well as discover the numerous lakes and trails in the area. When entering the town, visitors are greeted by "Lesia", a 25-ft. statue dressed in traditional Ukrainian costume. Canora was judged to have the best tasting municipal water in Canada at the 13th annual international water tasting competition in 2003.

The Station House Museum displays CN Rail memorabilia and settler artifacts and is the oldest class 3 railway station still operating in SK with VIA Rail service to Winnipeg and Churchill three times a week.
