The village of Ceylon is a quiet community located approximately 50 km north of the Canada/US border close to the junction of Hwys 6 and 377. It is situated southeast of the rolling hills and grasslands of the Missouri Coteau and is approximately 38 km from Castle Butte. Surrounded by mixed farming and ranching as well as some oil and gas production.
