Bjorkdale

Bjorkdale is located on Highway 23, midway between Tisdale and Porcupine Plain. This agricultural community is surrounded by rolling hills, parkland, and boreal forest. Basic services are available in the village, with year-round recreation nearby at Greenwater Lake Provincial Park and Marean Lake. The hamlet of Barrier Ford, 22 km south on Barrier Lake, offers seasonal camping, a summer store, and access to recreational activities including swimming, boating, water skiing, fishing for northern pike and walleye, and hunting.
