Meota

The community of Meota is located along the south shores of Jackfish Lake, just 43 km northwest of North Battleford on Hwy 26. It is situated in the midst of a thriving agricultural economy, oilfield development and a bustling residential and recreational area. Some of the services available include a grocery store (food, liquor vendor, gas, lottery, etc), Innovation Credit Union, hotel, cafe, SGI, Lakeland Library and hair centre. The village is also home to the Battlefords Sailing Club, Meota Regional Park and Meota & District Lakeside Golf Course.
