Built in 1988, the Cochin Lighthouse is a working lighthouse that is 11 m (38 ft.) high and 569 m (1,867 ft.) above sea level. The 153 wooden steps up to the lighthouse take you to the top of Pirot Hill, giving you spectacular views of Jackfish Lake, Murray Lake and the surrounding area.
