Chef and Farmer work seamlessly together to offer you a curated, delectable and inclusive culinary experience with an array of delicious, seasonal and intentional ingredients. Partners Farm One Forty grow the pasture raised pork and grass-fed beef and lamb for Odla on their 140-acres of holistically managed land. Their honey comes from their apiary and they are working toward growing as much of the fruit, vegetables and grains for Odla as possible! With farm tours and special culinary events in partnership with Farm One Forty, you can follow those ingredients back to the source and see first hand where your food comes from.

Their Farm Dinner includes a complimentary custom cocktail, a four-course dinner with canapés and a guided farm tour. Cocktails and canapés are served at 5:30 p.m.; dinner is 6 - 8 p.m. Tickets are $125/person. Additional drinks are available for purchase. Tickets are available from Odla​ Restaurant. Meewasin Grazing Dinner

You are invited to Meewasin's Grazing Dinners this fall near Saskatoon. This one-of-a-kind experience begins with a guided hike through native prairie at Beaver Creek Conservation Area, led by Meewasin’s Renny Grilz. You'll be immersed in the sights, smells, and sounds of the landscape and learn why Saskatchewan prairie is so important.
After the hike, a three-course dinner prepared by Odla Restaurant & Market will be served outdoors. True to Odla’s farm-direct approach, the ingredients featured on your plate will be locally sourced and seasonally inspired.
Enjoy an interactive sheep and stock dog demonstration with special guest, Shepherd Jared Epp, showcasing how Meewasin uses grazing to support prairie ecosystems.
