Offering 17 white-tailed deer hunts per year, Tawaw Outfitters has exclusive outfitting privileges on 260 sq. km (100 sq. miles) of forest and forest fringe in northern Saskatchewan. Heated ground blinds and tree stands are the preferred harvest method for the big white-tailed deer in this area. Accommodations are in one of five winterized cabins at Tawaw Cabins, a resort situated on a tree lined meadow edging a blue northern lake. Meals are prepared and served at the main house by the resort's friendly staff.
