​The Rink on Wascana is a public outdoor skating rink located​ on Wascana Lake directly in front of the Legislative Building in Regina's Wascana Park. The rink has professional boards, overhead lighting and rubberized skate tie-up areas. Wascana Centre does not offer skate rentals so make sure to bring skates with you. Unique programs, lessons and special events are free. The Rink on Wascana also serves as the Wascana Centre Hub for the annual FROST Regina Festival which occurs February 3-12, 2023.
