Located in La Ronge, Against The Grain Wild Rice is a family-run business. Their wild rice is certified organic and is grown in remote fly-in lakes in northern Saskatchewan. The rice is harvested by air boat and processed right in La Ronge. It grades X-large, large, medium and broken (for use in blends or ground for flour).
