A Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory for all public water sources in the park is in effect October 2, 2020, due to seasonal shutdown. This includes Elmwood and Underwood campgrounds, all businesses and rental accommodations. It will continue through May long weekend 2021 until determined to be completely safe. Boil all water for at least (one) 1 minute, at a rolling boil, prior to use for drinking or other activities where it may be ingested. For more information visit:

One of the longest running tournaments in Saskatchewan, the SWT - 2021 Last Mountain Fall Walleye Classic (LMFWC) will take place at the harbour alongside G & S Marina in Rowan's Ravine Provincial Park. Hosted by Rob and Donna Schultz of G & S Marina, this is the fifth (or last) event in the Saskatchewan Walleye Trail Championship Challenge, and draws anglers from North and South Dakota, Montana, Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
