Relax on one of southern Saskatchewan's largest natural beaches, have a picnic in the day-use area or watch for wildlife while hiking a trail. Though close enough to Regina for a day visit, Rowan's Ravine Provincial Park also offers excellent camping amenities.

Rowan's Ravine Provincial Park

​One of the longest running tournaments in Saskatchewan, the Last Mountain Fall Walleye Classic (LMFWC) will take place at the harbour alongside G & S Marina in Rowan's Ravine Provincial Park. It is hosted by Rob and Donna Schultz of G & S Marina, and expects to draw anglers from North and South Dakota, Montana, Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. 

The tournament kicks-off on Thursday afternoon with registration starting at 3:30 p.m.​, rules meeting at 7p.m. and the hog roast dinner and raffle draws starting at 5:30 p.m. Fishing starts with a shotgun start on Friday and Saturday at 7 a.m. with the Calibre Weigh Scale opening at 10 a.m. Event wraps up on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. with awards ceremony.
