Straddling the South Saskatchewan River Valley at the west end of Lake Diefenbaker, the Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park celebrates the site of the first historic crossing on the South Saskatchewan River. A great area to be enjoyed by all ages, the park is popular for its fishing, sun-bathing and hiking opportunities. This park features a number of interpretive trails and historic sites including the handsome Goodwin House. The boat launch is located on the north side of the lake while the main beach area, located on the west side of the park, is a perfect place to enjoy a warm summer's day.

The third event in the Saskatchewan Walleye Trail 2024 Championship Challenge, this tournament offers participants $58,600 in cash and prizes. Limit of 125 teams will be accepted.

The Beaver Flat 50 is a hilly, hard-as-hell trail run at Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park, with over 2,000 m of vertical gain across 50 km. That's 7,500 ft of total climb. The prairies are flat.
