Straddling the South Saskatchewan River Valley at the west end of Lake Diefenbaker, the Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park celebrates the site of the first historic crossing on the South Saskatchewan River. A great area to be enjoyed by all ages, the park is popular for its fishing, sun-bathing and hiking opportunities. This park features a number of interpretive trails and historic sites including the handsome Goodwin House. The boat launch is located on the north side of the lake while the main beach area, located on the west side of the park, is a perfect place to enjoy a warm summer's day.

SWT - Sask Landing Walleye Tournament

The SWT Sask Landing Walleye Tournament hosted by the Sask Landing Walleye Committee and the Kyle & District Recreation Board is the third event in the Saskatchewan Walleye Trail Championship Challenge. It offers participants $48,500 in cash and prizes. Limit of 100 teams will be accepted.

Beaver Flat 50

The Beaver Flat 50 is a hilly, hard-as-hell trail run at Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park, with over 2,000 m of vertical gain across 50 km. That's 7,500 ft of total climb. The prairies are flat. This course is #anythingbutflat. Beaver Flat 50 is a tough get-your-feet-wet, wreck-your-shins and roll-your-ankle kind of run.
