Travel by Car

Saskatchewan has more roads per capita than anywhere else in Canada. Getting around is as easy as knowing which route to take. Exploring Saskatchewan by car offers the freedom to discover scenic routes, charming small towns and natural attractions at your own pace. Rental car companies are available at both international airports and most larger communities.

Using digital maps can make navigating easier. However, the shortest route is not always best. Beware, digital maps sometimes directs you to unsealed roads that may be unpassable depending on conditions. Pick up or download a free Saskatchewan Official Road Map to help plan your route.
