Simmie

The small hamlet of Simmie is located southwest of Swift Current on Hwy 343. Immediately north of the community is Reid Lake, home to Sunridge Developments. This year-round lakeside resort is located on the east shore of the lake and offers lots for future development. The lake is also a popular spot for boating, swimming, enjoying water sports and fishing including the Annual Reid Lake Catch & Release Walleye Fishing Tournament held at the beginning of July.
