Fleming

Fleming is located 6 km west of the Saskatchewan-Manitoba border on Trans-Canada Hwy 1. The town is named after Sir Sandford Fleming, the country's distinguished engineer, surveyor, and inventor of Standard Time. According to the 2006 census, Fleming was, by population, the smallest official town in the province.
