Located within the Tourist Information Centre alongside the Lion’s Den, the Meadow Lake & District Museum honors the legacy of early settlers in the region. Visitors will find a rich collection of artifacts and engaging displays that reflect the area's vibrant history. The museum is situated in Lion’s Park, a hub of recreational activity featuring baseball diamonds, a skate park, concession stands, campgrounds, a running track, walking paths, and numerous other amenities.
Museum hours align with the Tourist Information Booth schedule, open from the May long weekend through to Labour Day weekend in September. Admission is by donation. Additionally, the museum welcomes guests every Thursday afternoon, regardless of the booth’s staffing.
