Whitewood Multicultural Flag Garden

Hwy 1, on S side of eastbound lane, adjacent to off-ramp.
The Whitewood Multicultural Flag Garden contains a display of the flags of the many nations who settled in Whitewood in the 1880s. In the summer the flagpoles are surrounded by a giant rock garden; in winter the garden is a frozen snowscape with seasonal lighting. The flag garden is a restful place to stop and have a picnic while visiting Whitewood or travelling the Trans Canada Highway.
