Bee & Thistle Winery

Located northeast of Debden, Bee & Thistle Winery is a family-owned, award-winning fruit winery, renowned for its estate-grown haskap, rhubarb, and black currant. The winery offers a variety of products, from two fortified dessert wines crafted from Haskap eau-de-vie to a unique Frozen Mist™ slushy beverage available in three flavours. All wines are crafted in-house by a UC Davis certified winemaker. Since its inception in 2020, the winery has garnered multiple accolades, including being named Canada Fruit Winery of the Year at the New York International Wine Competition in 2021 and 2022. Their Haskap Fortified garnered a silver medal/90 pts at the National Wine Awards of Canada in 2022.  Tours are available by appointment, and the winery hosts an annual Haskap U-Pick/open house event each July and August.
