Located in Elbow near Lake Diefenbaker, the beautifully designed, Harbor Golf Community Centre, is home to an auditorium that can seat up to 400 people, three pickleball courts, a full stage, commercial kitchen, large and small meeting rooms, fitness centre, and Elbow Palliser Library.
