Woolly Mammoth Replica

At end of Centre St on Railway Ave, in Wally Park, Kyle.

Made of concrete, the Woolly Mammoth Replica was erected in 1981. Skeleton remains of the mammoth were found in 1964, 5 km west of Kyle. Castings of the bones are displayed at the Royal Saskatchewan Museum in Regina. Copies of the castings are displayed at the Kyle & District Museum.
