The Climax Community Museum (CCM) invites visitors to explore its diverse offerings across three distinct sites. Experience a journey through history at the main museum, featuring a variety of exhibits including a general store, fire-fighting equipment, and a Fort Walsh jail door. Discover a wide array of artifacts from Indigenous, ranching, and settler communities, as well as from medical, military, and sports backgrounds.
Engage with art and culture at the CCM Art & Culture Centre, which showcases works from both local and visiting artists, including Flexhaug originals. This centre hosts cultural events, workshops, and interactive presentations throughout the year.
Visit the Antique Machinery Annex to see the 'Plow Horse Mural', a variety of antique machinery, and the operational ‘1904 Case steam engine’ during the July 1 parade and subsequent display. This site also opens for special events or by appointment.
