Elk Ridge Resort, 40 minutes N of Prince Albert on Hwy 2, then W on Hwy 264. Just outside Prince Albert National Park and Waskesiu Lake.
Located just outside the east boundary of the Prince Albert National Park, and nestled in Saskatchewan’s Lakeland Region, Elk Ridge Resort boasts proximal access to over 400 km of groomed trails, designed for a variety of activities, such as hiking, jogging, cycling, ATVing, birdwatching, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling.
Elk Ridge also has three hiking trails right on property that wind their way through gorgeous natural terrain: Wolf Trail (0.8 km), Lynx Trail (2 km) and the Boreal Trail (10 km). These trails are marked and groomed year round, and they offer various degrees of difficulty. The resort is also conveniently situated near numerous fantastic northern waterways, ideal for fishing, canoeing, kayaking, boating, and other water-based adventures.
The resort also has an onsite partnership with Treeosix Adventure Parks – Waskesiu boasting guided zipline tours, a giant swing, mini-zips for kids, climbing wall, slacklines and a 9-hole disc golf course.
