You could say I had a goal. It may have been more of a mission, but I was out to discover some of the best cups of hot chocolate in Regina.

Since February 2019, Dandy’s Artisan Ice Cream has been serving up made-from-scratch gourmet ice cream to the Regina community – and it’s been a hit.
