Nicolle Flats Interpretive Area
SE side of Buffalo Pound Lake extending beyond the junction of the Qu'Appelle and Moose Jaw Rivers.
Located on the southeast side of Buffalo Pound Lake within Buffalo Pound Provincial Park, the Nicolle Flats Interpretive Area is home and a stopover area for a great variety of wildlife. Experience the beautiful scenery and the sounds of birds and other fauna while hiking the variety of nature trails (from 1.5 km - 8 km). Note that the Nicolle Flats Marsh Boardwalk Interpretive Trails season opening is dependent on spring weather conditions, please check with park office before arrival.
